HARPDI Signs MOU with DepEd
Rotary International through Help & Assistance for Rotary Philippine Districts, Inc. (HARPDI) signed last January 22, 2014 the Memorandun of Understanding to rebuild damaged schools at the areas affected by Typhoon Hainan/Yolanda.
